About Catherine
Catherine Kilbride
All is sacred. All are welcome.
Catherine's formative training and spiritual experiences have been rooted in Christian mysticism and inter-faith community-building. Her longing for the sacred has been dancing within her since she was a little girl. Catherine delights in providing a safe, compassionate, responsive space in which clients may feel deeply seen and heard as they explore the sacred beauty and meaning in their lives. She draws on her experiences of posttraumatic growth and the Celtic triad of body, mind, and soul to support others in their unique journeys.
Training:
Catherine's spiritual direction formation was with Ontario Jubilee, an inclusive, contemplative, interfaith formation program rooted in practical learning. As a trained teacher who works with people in all stages of life, Catherine delights in accompanying fellow journeyers as they come to know and honour their deepest self and purpose in life. Catherine is currently training to be a mental health counsellor with specialization in trauma and posttraumatic growth. She holds post-graduate degrees in education and linguistics, and has completed training in palliative care and pastoral care.
All are welcome.
"The spiritual life does not remove us from the world but leads us deeper into it."
